CPO’s “Play! A Video Game Symphony” & Cantos Keyboard Museum Tour - May 19, 2012
Join us for a music enriched field trip featuring the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra’s (CPO) “eye-popping, surround-sound concert” entitled Play! A Video Game Symphony, plus a guided tour of Calgary’s very own Cantos Keyboard Museum. This special event is an exclusive opportunity for students (and their parents & siblings) of Red Deer ARMTA members. Cost: $56/person (this discounted rate includes transportation, museum and symphony). Registration is limited to 47 seats. Reserve seating by January 16, 2012. Noteworthy News
In Feb/11 the Red Deer ARMTA’s fundraiser recital “For the Love of Music” raised close to $5,000 for student achievement awards. A special thank you to the City of Red Deer for their donation of $500 towards student achievement awards, as well as the many individual donations.
